Leveranciersclaim: ZORGI presenteert ZORGI PHARMA als geïntegreerde software voor ziekenhuisapotheekbeheer[25], die koppelt met geautomatiseerde systemen voor opslag en distributie, centraal en decentraal in het ziekenhuis[26]. Een leveranciersbericht over een robotiseringsproject in een ziekenhuis zegt dat ZORGI PHARMA daar distributieorders per 24 uur genereert en naar magazijnlocaties zoals een doosjesrobot en een pickmagazijn stuurt[27]; als doelstelling noemt het de verplichte registratie van lotnummers volgens het KB van 30/9/2020[27]. Op de MyCareNet-lijst van erkende ziekenhuispakketten (2025) staat onder Hoofdstuk IV een apart pakket 'Zorgi - ZCS (Drugbox)'[28], en historische Infohos-documentatie beschreef Recip-e-integratie in een product 'Pharmacie'[29]. Of Infohos Apotheek, ZCS (Drugbox) en ZORGI PHARMA hetzelfde product of elkaars opvolger zijn, is niet bewezen; productspecifiek bewijs voor koppelingen van ZORGI PHARMA met SAMv2, Recip-e, Hoofdstuk IV of VIDIS werd niet gevonden (hiaat).
